We are all facing huge challenges in these testing times but we want to reassure you that we are committed to keeping our supply and service support functional whilst observing government guidelines. Thus the majority of ImSol staff are continuing to work from home and with the exception of customer site support visits, endeavouring to operate as normally as practicable.
Whilst the duration and level of disruption from COVID-19 remains uncertain, we shall continue to focus on protecting our employees, supporting our customers and maintaining operations for as long as it is safe to do so during this unprecedented situation.
Meantime, please continue to communicate and to work with ImSol via the usual channels and notwithstanding the rapidly changing circumstances, on a per case basis we shall do our utmost to accommodate both customers and partners.
We would respectfully request reciprocal degrees of flexibility and understanding to successfully see us all through this difficult period.
