Imsol - Image Solutions

I would like to extend a warm welcome to our existing customers who have enabled Image Solutions to continue to grow our buiness. To those scientists who have yet to use Image Solutions (UK) Ltd, please give us an opportunity and feel sure that our team will not disappoint you.

We thank our existing and new manufacturer principals for their continued support and faith they have shown in entrusting Image Solutions to sell and support their amazing products.

This year 2013 is our 19th year of trading and has been a great year for us with trade up a whopping 39%. This growth is currently being reinvested in facilities and people, for example we have now doubled the size of our engineering workshop which enabled us to add new machine tools. We are also looking to strengthen our support team with additional staff and at the same time increasing our spares inventory to offer a first class service to our support contract customers.

The engineering facility offers Image Solutions the opportunity to custom manufacture components in addition to the design and manufacture of complete bespoke imaging systems. We have recently supplied a cancer research organisation with a custom mount for Veridex Chips; we believe this to be the first instance of microscopic scanning Veridex Chips for FISH in the world. The chips were scanned for FISH using a BioView Duet.

This year has seen the launch of the OMX super resolution microscope which offers scientists the opportunity to image their samples with greater resolution than was previously possible and we await with interest the scientifc papers that the early adopters will be publishing in the very near future.

Whilst the large complex integrated solutions grab the headlines it is perhaps worth emphasising that we put as much care into assembing camera and microscope solutions as we take when integrating our larger systems. Our commitment to our customers is represented by our consumables stock which includes bulbs and light guides to minimise the users' downtime. All our products are sent out via United Parcel Service.
